Cynthia is a personal trainer with 9 years of experience as a NASM certified professional, and 2 years teaching Vinyasa yoga. She has trained in various modalities over the years such as indoor cycling, PIYO, TRX group fitness, Enhance fitness (a senior-specific full-body exercise program), Trigger Point Self Myofascial release, and more. Cynthia has worked with clients at all levels and aspirations, by building a strong foundation with each client. She believes in the power of assessment and client-specific programming to address joint, spine, and muscle imbalances, creating the foundation on which all goals are achieved. She has worked with athletes, hula dancers, canoe paddlers, Kapuna, and everything in between.
