Booty Build & Burn – a dynamic fitness class designed to help you develop and tone your glutes, while also increasing your overall strength and stability. Led by our expert instructor, Lexi Jones, this class is offered twice a week, starting on Tuesday, April 4th, 6:30 pm-7:30 pm at Kauai Athletic Club Līhuʻe.
During each session, you will participate in a concentrated workout that focuses on building a stronger lower body. By incorporating a combination of body-weight cardio moves and free-weight exercises, you will feel the burn in your hamstrings and glutes, while also challenging your core and improving your overall stability.
