Native to Kauai, Liz moved to California to earn her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from CSU Stanislaus. There she ran and assisted in coaching cross country, sparking her interest in fitness and coaching.
Soon after she began working at a physical therapy clinic where her love for the world of rehab grew. Seeing the endless possibility’s to help others through mobility, strengthening, and movement, Liz moved forward to become a Physical Therapist Assistant(AAS) from Black Hawk College.
With the tools she learned in rehab and experience in powerlifting and functional movement/fitness, she is passionate about helping anyone improve and optimize their movements to perform the things they want to do at their desired level. Whether you are new to the gym and are looking for a place to start, want to improve your posture, or need a little help with a nagging injury, Liz can help get you where you want to go.
